After nearly two months of continuous presence in the centre of Calgary, Occupy Calgary transitioned the tents out of Olympic Plaza, leaving behind a significant piece of art titled “Heart of the Beast”.

Please sign the petition in support of keeping the sculpture as a permanent part of Olympic Plaza.

Stay tuned for ongoing actions, dialogue and more.

Many individuals and groups are independently initiating events and actions related to Occupy Calgary. Use of the phrase “Occupy Calgary” does not mean something that has received consensus within the Occupy Calgary General Assembly process.
